Unique Underground Villa

VALS Villa designed by Bjarne Mastenbroek and Christian Muller, the design of their plan is to fully integrate into the villa to avoid disturbing the natural landscape. through an underground tunnel that runs straight through the mountain. house slightly tilted, adding to the mountain scenery in the valley views across the house. The house is completed in 2009, built and equipped in cooperation with a large number of Dutch designers and design companies that produce the Netherlands.








The villa is fully embedded in the landscape. Access is provided through an existing wood barn, located on the lower level, will lead to the main program is located in a round cut on the slopes. The existence of a villa in the landscape thus limited to a minimum. The view from the villa looks over the narrow mountain valleys and dramatic views of the surrounding VALS. The villa was developed with support from local government and is being realized with the local workforce. With experience and technical ability that comes from a remote mountain village.
